Akinyemi Ayinoluwa was educated at the University of Lagos and
the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He was admitted to the Nigerian
Bar in the year 2010. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar
Prior to founding Hightower Solicitors and Advocates, Akinyemi
had practiced extensively in the firms of Wemimo Ogunde SAN &
Co, and Awokoya, Awokoya &Co., while under tutelage he
conducted numerous civil suits, offered well thought-out legal
opinions and advised on a wide range of legal issues.
Akinyemi is currently leader of his firm’s IP, Media, Tech and
Entertainment Practice Group. He has exhibited his expertise,
competence, experience, industry, pragmatism, and problem-
solving skills in the handling of client matters for the overall best
interests of the clients.
As well as having over 15 years’ experience dealing in all facets
of creative industry law, Akinyemi is a respected creative
industry consultant and is regularly invited to speak at
workshops, trainings, retreats, and seminars.
Akinyemi is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Henry Mejulu was educated at the University of Lagos and
admitted to the Nigerian Bar.
His practice areas include litigation, business regulatory, advisory
and company secretarial services. He is also a key part of the
firm’s capital market practice group.
Henry has a bias for Maritime and Shipping Law with particular
focus on Cabotage, inland marine transportation and vessel
